Have noticed more homeless people during the day walking about town with backpacks and belongings in tow. My Grandchildren no longer walk home from school are car driven home. No longer free to ride their bikes in the neighborhood. Men peeing in the hedges staggering up the road . It’s not a sight to make anyone feel safe.
