Cache Creek Council Meeting June 22 Including Audited Budget
1. ORDER: Mayor Talarico called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
2. PUBLIC PRESENTATION: Mario Piroddi of BOO Canada presented the Audited Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2019.
3 DELEGATION: A) Yogi Bhalla Village of Ashcroft Chief Financial Officer Yogi Bhalla presented regarding the potential for collaborative asset management between the Villages of Cache Creek and Ashcroft.
4. MINUTES: A) June 8th, 2020 Regular Council Meeting MOVED by Councillor Dafoe SECONDED by Councillor Coomber THAT the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held on June 8, 2020 be adopted as presented. MOVED by Councillor Pittman SECONDED by Councillor Dafoe THAT the above motion be tabled to the July 20th, 2020 Regular Council Meeting Carried Unanimously
5. BUSINESS ARISING FROM DELEGATION: A) Yogi Bhalla MOVED by Councillor Coomber SECONDED by Councillor Dafoe THAT a thank you letter be sent to Ashcroft CFO Bhalla for his presentation. Carried Unamimously
6. BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES: 1) Chief Administrative Officer's Status Report MOVED by Councillor Dafoe SECONDED by Councillor Peters THAT the Chief Administrative Officer's Status Report be received and filed Carried Unamimousely

Village Services & Liaison Councillor Dafoe and Councillor Coomber
1) NDIT Community Foundation Matching Grants Councillor Coomber noted that there is a web AGM for the BC Interior Community Foundation that she will then forward questions to NDIT on how it would work for us.
2) BC Transit Councillor Coomber outlined changes to the Rider's Guide and revenues and statistics for the intercommunity bus program.

2020 Freshet Councillor Coomber reported that the Bonaparte River is receding slowly.
Intergovernmental Relations Mayor Talarico and Councillor Coomber
1) Climate Action Revenue Incentive Program The 2019 CARIP Survey was provided for Council information.
2) Resolutions Submitted to Southern Interior Local Government Association Council was informed that resolutions submitted for the SILGA Convention, which was cancelled due to COVID-19, will be considered at the 2020 UBCM Convention instead.
8. INFORMATION CORRESPONDENCE:
A) Letter re: RCMP Staffing MOVED by Councillor Peters SECONDED by Councillor Dafoe THAT Council approve Mayor Talarico to sign the joint letter from the Mayors of Ashcroft and Cache Creek to the Chief Superintendent of the RCMP. Carried Unanimously
9. NEW BUSINESS: A) Ministerial Order 192 MOVED by Councillor Dafoe SECONDED by Councillor Peters THAT this item be tabled to the July 20th Regular Meeting of Council. Carried Unanimously
