Electronic addiction has become one of the clear phenomena among children, and its symptoms have begun to appear strikingly. This episode of "Civic Platform" features Noor Jamil, Diploma in Certified Educational Consultant (Childhood Stage).
Jamil talked about this phenomenon, its causes, and how it can be treated to preserve the health and safety of our children.Jamil spoke directly to Winnipeg parents and informed them of the addictive properties of smartphones and video games that hold children's attention for long hours and the potential adverse effects physically and psychologically. During the pandemic and the closure of group activities, electronic devices became one of the only ways for children to spend their time. However, it's important to have a balance to ensure physical and mental well-being.
