English And The Education System Some Of The First Challenges Faced by Arab Students in Winnipeg

English And The Canadian Education System Some of the First Significant Challenges Faced by Arab Students in Winnipeg

The Arab students immigrating to Winnipeg have many concerns about enrolling in Canadian schools. First, they are challenged by the English language barrier. Second, the school system is entirely different from the school system in their home country.

However, despite all these difficulties, the Arab students accepted the challenge. They began to overcome these obstacles one after the other and were able to prove their worth and catch up with their peers in the regular classes.

Ahmed Alhamed, a high school student, talks about his experience in Winnipeg schools, his difficulties, and how he had to integrate into his school. Alhamed added about his relationship with his teachers, who were his first supporters in his educational career. With their encouragement and belief in his ability to succeed, he achieved what he has today.
