Interior - From Interior Health - People in BC are advised not to eat red onions imported from the US in response to the ongoing salmonella outbreak.
Province - New Covid number from Thursday 29 new cases, and on Wednesday we saw an up tick of 41 new cases. So remember for now Keep your bubble small - as #DrHenry says "fewer faces, bigger spaces." This means hanging out with the same close friends and family. The more people you hang out with, the higher your risk of being exposed to and spreading #COVID19. Don't share food, drinks, or smokes and stay home if sick. Do your part: #SocializeSafely and ask yourself #WhatWouldDrHenryDo
As of July 31, 2020, visitors from the USA who are travelling to Alaska through BC must have a special “hang tag” displayed in their vehicle showing their departure date from Canada, and follow a series of new rules designed to limit contact with British Columbians.
