CTRB se veut une télé communautaire. Elle existe depuis maintenant 25 ans . CTRB a vu le jour sous l’impulsion de M. Gilles Tessier, dans les années ’90.  Grâce à Déry Télécom, notre câblodistributeur, il est possible d’avoir accès à nos émissions au poste 101 ou 701 ( HD ) .  CTRB assure une couverture de  la MRC d'Autray. Depuis février 2020 elle diffuse en HD.  Un déménagement a été fait en juillet 2020.  C’est donc dans de nouveau locaux et avec des nouveaux équipements que CTRB a célébré sont 25ième anniversaire.
