A key component of the project is the Situation Table, a weekly gathering at City Hall where service providers and individuals connected to youth come together to identify and support at-risk youth. The Situation Table includes representatives from schools, health services, social services, law enforcement, and community organizations. This collaborative approach ensures that diverse perspectives and resources are leveraged to provide comprehensive support to vulnerable youths, making it a crucial part of the project's success.

Councilor Tasha Henderson highlighted the proactive measures being taken: "We are well underway with the youth resiliency framework. We've set up a situation table where service providers and people connected to youth come every week to City Hall and triage some of the most at-risk youth in the community."
