In the second episode of "The Record," on Telile Community Television in Arichat, Civic Journalist Jake Boudrot talks about the recent federal government announcement surrounding the mackerel bait fishery quota and the continued closure of the commercial mackerel fishery. Jake then speaks with Cape Breton-Canso MP Mike Kelloway about recent funding announced for small craft harbours in the area and the potential for more funding in the near future.
