Émilie Boulay-Chouinard est la nouvelle présidente d’Hockey Vallée. Elle remplace Ghislaine Boulianne-Paquet qui a oeuvré pendant une trentaine d'années comme bénévole pour cette organisation.
La nouvelle présidente explique l'importance du sport dans la vie des jeunes pour leur santé physique et mentale durant cette période difficile qui est la pandémie mondiale de la Covid-19.
Madame Boulay-Chouinard nous informe également sur les mesures sanitaires et les règlements émis par Hockey Vallée et l'aréna d'Amqui pour que les enfants puissent jouer au hockey en toute sécurité.
Elle nous raconte comment les jeunes suivent les règlements parce qu'ils tiennent à continuer à jouer au hockey même si le contexte est vraiment spécial et différent.
