03:50 - 9:48 Delegation - Chetywnd Community Fine Arts gives annual report of their activities. They request a $4000 grant from council for their operating budget. Council will discuss this request at their next meeting. 

09:49 - 15:47 Delegation -  Alan Bone, Partner, Sander Rose Bone and Grindle LLP gives presentation on Auditor's report for the 2022 Financial Statements up to and including year end of December 21, 2022. Bone reports that the District has a clean audit report. Bone recommends that the council adopt section PS3260 on liability for contaminated sits of the public sector accounting board handbook which establishes how to account for and report a liability associated with the remediation of contaminated sites.

19:45 - 28:88  Mayor Allen Courtoreille Report - report covers invitation to PRRD from Doig River First Nation to attend Doig Days. The mayor notes that PRRD and council are also invited to West Moberly First Nation and Saulteau First Nation Days, this summer. The mayor attended the North Central Local Government Association, Federation of Canadian Municipalities and Minerals North conferences. The mayor concluded his report with a statement on the importance of dealing with the mental health and drug situation and shared a story of personal impact. 

29:02 - 32:23 Two motions passed to approve development applications in Chetwynd.  One motion passed to approve a facade improvement application. This is the last of four facade improvements being awarded this calendar year.

32:34 - 36:52  New business discussed including an update on delayed hotel construction, the review of the drug use in open space by-law and a request to expand the 30 kilometre per hour zone by Little Prairie school.
