This implies that job opportunities may be limited to specific groups or races, highlighting the importance of addressing this gap. If such a significant gap exists, it could disrupt Canada's multicultural system, and citizens won't enjoy equal rights.

In this program, we have two guests from the Third Bridge Foundation. Amir Bajehkian, the founder of this foundation, believes that filling out these forms is crucial, and it is our duty to advise the government to address these issues.
