"Life on Gabriola: Reflections on Health and Well-being," Episodes 5 & 6: Wisdom and Weeding
Here's another double episode of People for a Healthy Community series on living, and living well.
In Episode 5, "Wisdom Through the Ages," various Gabriola Islanders answer the questions, "What advice would you give to your younger self?", "What is the hardest part about aging?" and "What is the best thing about aging?" Their responses are candid and thought-provoking. And in Episode 6, "On Reading and Weeding," young Arlo Heath offers a planting tip, discusses his likes, and answers the question, "What would you tell your baby self?" We think you'll enjoy his answer.
