Notable concerns addressed included a rise in assaults, fluctuations in auto thefts, and a noteworthy decrease in sexual violations. However, the primary reason for convening the meeting was to commemorate and disseminate the news that, owing to the diligent execution of the Social Development Plan and the unwavering dedication of neighbourhood officers from the 51 Division, Regent Park had remained free from gun-related violence during the specified period. This achievement holds profound significance for a community that has grappled with such incidents in the past.
