The City of Port Coquitlam Celebrates Their 10th Annual PoCo Best Biz Awards

On Thursday, February 27th the City of Port Coquitlam celebrated their tenth year of shining the spotlight on local businesses by holding their 2025 PoCo Best Biz Awards. This annual event recognizes the contributions businesses make to the community, celebrates their accomplishments, and encourages Port Coquitlam residents to shop locally for goods and services.

While the PoCo Best Biz Awards celebrate the outstanding businesses and entrepreneurs that make Port Coquitlam a vibrant and thriving community the awards also recognize local businesses for their excellence, innovation, and impact, highlighting their dedication to serving the community and contributing to its growth.

Each year, the event brings together business leaders, community members, and local officials to honor the achievements of exceptional businesses across various categories. From small businesses and new ventures to long-standing legacy companies, the PoCo Biz Awards showcase the diverse and dynamic spirit of Port Coquitlam’s business community.

Beyond recognizing success, the awards foster connections and inspire collaboration, strengthening the local economy and encouraging continued innovation. The celebration reflects the city’s commitment to supporting businesses and acknowledging their vital role in shaping Port Coquitlam’s future.

This year there were award winners announced in six different categories ;

Small Business of the Year which was won by Reclaim Rehabilitation Consulting Ltd.

Business of the Year which was won by Excel Martial Arts Port Coquitlam.

New Business of the Year which was won by La Boulangerie.

Downtown PoCo BIA Business of the Year which was won by In a Wink Beautique.

Legacy Business which was won by POCO Building Supplies.

People’s Choice Award which was won by Holistic Sleep Solutions.
