Canadian Arab Association of Manitoba a Valuable Support to Arabs in Winnipeg

The Arab community has become one of the largest communities in Winnipeg. From this point of view arose the necessity for the existence of an association that provides various services to the members of the Arab community.

This episode will present the Canadian Arab Association of Manitoba (CAAM), the Association that provides various types of support to Arabs in Winnipeg that help them to settle and not feel lonely. The fourteenth episode of "Civic Platform" features Fouad Elmazini, President, Canadian Arab Association of Manitoba, CAAM - Winnipeg.

Elmazini tells us about the importance of the Association for the Arab community, its programs, activities, and workshops. In addition, to the stability and preservation of their cultural identity.

Elmazini also stressed that the Association contributes significantly to building a strong network among its members of the Association. So, they get to know their families and make friendships between parents and kids.

Elmazini discussed many of the questions that revolve around the minds of many Arabs, the challenges facing the Arab community, and the lack of practice of the Arabic language.

"Civic Platform" interviewed some board members, volunteers, and organizers, who talked about their experience and their role in the success of the Association and the goals and dreams they seek to achieve for the Arab community in Winnipeg.
